  • 1.5 oz Gin Lane 1751 Violet Gin

  • 3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1⁄2 oz Dry Red Wine

  • 1 Egg White

  • Edible flowers or Lemon peel

Dry shake all ingredients (no ice) for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Strain into a coup glass and garnish with your favorite edible flower or lemon peel.
